Our Team

Bluestone Partners is custom home builder in Bryan / College Station Texas. Here is a little bit about our team.

Caleb Venable- President- Caleb has his Bachelor's degree in Accounting and his Master's in Construction Management, both from Texas A&M University.  He has been building in Bryan/College Station area since 2004 and is glad to call Aggieland his home.

Chance Heathcott- Project Manager - Chance holds an undergraduate degree in Construction Science from Texas A&M University. Prior to joining Bluestone Partners Chance worked heavy concrete construction for four years, followed by six years in the residential and light commercial industry. Chance works hard to build a great product for our clients.

Jessica Venable- Office Manager/Design Consultant - Jessica has been working full time with Bluestone Partners since June of 2010. Prior to joining the Bluestone team she worked for Compass Bank in the commercial lending department for three and a half years as a credit analyst. She graduated from Texas A&M with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance in December of 2006. Jessica manages the financial side of the business along with many of the daily office duties. She also meets with customers to help in the decision making process.
